Your use of the AutomaticPromos system indicates your explicit acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using the service.

COPYRIGHT

All title and copyrights in and to this website and it’s content are owned by AutomaticPromos.com. This content is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat it like any other copyrighted material.

Use of this service does not transfer any copyright of content to you. Although, we will be giving you emails, you may not reuse these emails in any other way, or grant any third parties the right to do so. AutomaticPromos retains the copyright to all content provideed by AutomaticPromos to your email account and retains sole authorship and the privileges associated with that.

COMMISSIONS

Payment of commissions is between you and the product owner and / or affiliate network the product owner is using. AutomaticPromos’s sole responsibility is to provide promotional content designed to promote specific products, but is not responsible for any financial transactions or distribution of commissions resulting from those transactions. Further, it is your responsibility to keep your AutomaticPromos account up to date with your current affiliate ID’s for the various programs we promote for you.

For example, AutomaticPromos may promote a product that is listed on ClickBank.com via a promotional email in your email account. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have entered your ClickBank ID into your AutomaticPromos account. And it is ClickBank’s responsibility to pay you commissions on any sales you generate. AutomaticPromos is not responsible for missing or lost commissions in any way.

CONTENT

All content included in the AutomaticPromos service is under AutomaticPromos’s control and at AutomaticPromos’s sole discretion. AutomaticPromos will select products to promote and write content to promote them using advanced promotional methods. You import these emails to your email account of your own volition and hold AutomaticPromos harmless for the content of these emails.

AutomaticPromos is not responsible for any damages or loss of income resulting from the use of our content.

In addition to emails the promote products which pay you a commission, you agree to allow AutomaticPromos to provide emails promoting AutomaticPromos itself. This in another way that we are able to keep this service free for you, and since it is a free service, no commissions will be generated by these emails.

From time to time, AutomaticPromos may also deem it appropriate to provide emails promoting free services and tools. This will increase the “stickiness” and value of your mailing list, but as these services will be free they also will not pay a commission.

Further, you agree to promote AutomaticPromos when included in the email imports for free. This is one of the ways we can keep this amazing service free for you.

AutomaticPromos will, however, always ensure that at least 80% of the emails provided to your email account promote products that do pay you a commission.

PRIVACY

AutomaticPromos will always hold your confidential information in the strictest of privacy and will not share your personally identifiable information with any third parties, except as required by law.

You will have access and control over your personally identifiable information at all times.

EMAIL COMMUNICATION

As part of your membership, you agree to allow AutomaticPromos to communicate with your via email. These communications may include information about your account and services, as well as helpful tips, training and recommendations. You can terminate these communications at any time by canceling your AutomaticPromos account.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION

AutomaticPromos will utilize its best efforts to maintain acceptable performance of services, but AutomaticPromos makes absolutely no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, including warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AutomaticPromos cannot guarantee continuous service, service at any particular time, or integrity of data stored or transmitted via its system or via the Internet.

AutomaticPromos will not be liable for the inadvertent disclosure of, corruption or erasure of data transmitted or received or stored on its system. AutomaticPromos shall not be liable to you any claims or damages which may be suffered by you including, but not limited to, losses or damages of any and every nature, resulting from the loss of data, inability to access the Software, or inability to transmit or receive information, caused by, or resulting from, delays, nondeliveries, or service interruptions whether or not caused by the fault or negligence of AutomaticPromos.

You agree that you shall defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees, (‘Liabilities’) against AutomaticPromos.com, its agents, its customers, servants, officers, or employees, that may arise or result from any third party services provided, performed or agreed to be performed or any third party products promoted by AutomaticPromos.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AutomaticPromos against Liabilities arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any third party products sold or distributed in connection with AutomaticPromos; and material supplied by any third parties infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of another third party; copyright infringement and any defective third party product which are promoted by AutomaticPromos’s services. As a result of this, you agree that AutomaticPromos shall not be liable to for any claims of actual, compensatory and/or consequential damages which may be suffered by you, including, but not limited to, losses or damages due to the loss data resulting from delays, non deliveries, or service interruptions caused by the fault or negligence of AutomaticPromos.

Notwithstanding the above mentioned, your exclusive remedies, damages, losses and causes of actions shall not exceed the aggregate dollar amount which your paid during the term of this Agreement. These terms and agreements may be changed without any prior notice.

CANCELLATION

AutomaticPromos reserves the right to cancel service at any time. You may also cancel service any time. Accounts can be canceled by the account holder at any time via the Support Ticket System or by email. This must be done by the account holder from the email address on your account.
